| BIOGRAPHY |
Shaun Thompson has been with the club for the past couple of years and has made a huge impact. Despite his ability to play in most positions, Shaun has been the regular first choice partner for Stephen Farish at centre back in more recent times. Shauns attitude is complimented by his strong defensive qualities, his strength in the air, speed, solid tackling, composure and ability to read the game. His consistent performances and great attitude earned him the Club player of the year award in 2006-07.
Shaun though is off to university this year and will miss most of the season but will be hoping to appear when he returns to Teesside during the holidays.
