Club Captain. The engine of the team. Belmont's consistent performances at the heart of the Kings midfield gives the rest of the team confidence to get forward. His speed and strength in the tackle are his key assets making him a tough opponent to get past. More recently though his composure on the ball and improving aerial ability are contributing to John becoming a strong all round midfielder. Belmont leads the side by example and his desire to always give his best for the team and his positive attitude are key factors in taking the club forward. Winner of the Players player of the year award 2006-2007.
